Reminders to the Conference Organiser

Guarantee letter
If you have booked a room by e-mail or by phone, we ask you in 2 weeks to send a guarantee letter by e-mail or by post to confirm the booking and accepting the price list. The guarantee letter should include the name, the date, the duration of the event and the full name, address and registry code of the company who is financially responsible.

Technical supplies and transport
We ask you to submit a detailed list of technical supplies two weeks prior to the conference, at the latest; otherwise, the Kumu auditorium has the right to cancel the booking.

If necessary, we ask our clients to sign a contract with the Estonian Authors’ Society in regard to organising the event (for example, in respect to using pieces of music).

If you wish to use your own props, furniture, flower arrangements etc. for the conference and you need them directly to the stage level, transportation is possible also from Laagna Road. Prior coordination in respect to times and persons is required. We ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance. It is imperative that you provide us with the registration number of the car, the driver’s name and contact number, the entrance time (service in) and departure time (service out after the end of the event).

Outlets in every second row.
