Kumu 18!

Kumu celebrates its 18th birthday with the Festival of Tours!

On 17 and 18 February, Kumu Art Museum celebrates its 18th birthday. Over the weekend, you are welcome to join in on the Festival of Tours. The programme includes eighteen events in different formats, ranging from guided tours, workshops and discussions to independent excursions around the galleries.

On Saturday, 17 February the themes of focus are corporeality, gender identity, and the depiction of women in art. Using feminist perspectives, we take a fresh look at the permanent exhibitions of Kumu and examine the themes of the 5th floor exhibition “melanie bonajo: When the body says Yes+”.

On Sunday, 18 February we invite art lovers of all ages to participate in guided and independent activities. Besides the permanent exhibitions, the focus is also on the temporary shows “Unframed: Leis, Tabaka, Rožanskaitė” and “Borderless Universe in Their Minds: Italian Transavantgarde and Estonian Calm Expressionism”.

On 17 and 18 February, museum tickets have a birthday special offer of 7€.

From 12 to 18 February you can find celebratory birthday offers
