These events are part of the public programme for the exhibition “Ragnar Kjartansson: A Boy and a Girl and a Bush and a Bird.”
The Icelandic video artist and painter Ragnar Kjartansson (b. 1976) presents his first solo exhibition in Estonia, featuring six large works from 2004–2025. A Boy and a Girl and a Bush and a Bird offers insight into the works of one of today’s most intriguing artists, who draws inspiration from pop music, recent and classic art history and, indirectly, from political upheavals.
