“Nordic by Nature” explores the poetic mind of the young chef Poul Andrias Ziska and the culinary pearl KOKS, a restaurant at the end of the world which operates in a sub-polar environment.
Following Ziska through the stunning landscapes of the Faroe Islands, an ancient microcosm of exciting products and a thriving seafood industry, the documentary shows the life of the restaurant, deeply connected with the nature around it.
The film investigates the traditions, history and distinctive ancient practices that lie beneath the most remote fine dining experience in the world.
