Getting Here

The Kumu Art Museum is situated on the limestone bluff between Kadriorg Park and the Lasnamäe district.

On foot from Viru Square via Narva Road into Kadriorg Park to the museum at the end of Weizenbergi Street (2.8 km).

By tram
Kopli – Balti Station – Hobujaama (city centre, near the Viru Centre) – Kadriorg*: No. 1
Tondi – Vabaduse Square (city centre) – Hobujaama (near the Viru Centre) – Kadriorg*: No. 3
*From there walk into the park along Weizenbergi Street to the museum, about 10 minutes.

As of 28 August 2019, a self-driving bus will be tested in Kadriorg Park. Its route will take it along Weizenberg St to the Kumu Art Museum.

The bus will operate on Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 am to 4 pm and on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 pm to 6 pm.

It should be noted that the bus holds only eight people and the passengers must be seated during the ride!

The bus will stop at the Katharinenthal Café, the Kadriorg Art Museum, the Kumu Art Museum and the Miiamilla Children’s Museum.

In case there are any irregularities in the schedule, corresponding signs will be shown.

By car and tour bus
Via Laagna Street:
Driving from the city centre on Laagna Street, turn right at the second bridge (Võidujooksu). After crossing the bridge, turn left and then right (look for  the signs for Valge St), and drive to the end of the street. At the end of the street, turn left and drive until you reach the Kumu parking lot. Follow the brown Kumu signs.
Via Narva Road:
Drive from the city centre on Narva Road towards Lasnamäe, drive past the Russalka statue, keep right and drive to the top of the hill. Turn right after a large parking lot (Kumu 1 km sign) and follow the brown Kumu signs.

Parking spaces are located on Valge Street and Mäekalda Street.

Parking for the handicapped is located on Mäekalda Street.
