Printmaking course: Linocut

On 09.03, 16.03 and 23.03 from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm
Three-part printmaking course. Linocut is a printmaking technique in which a sheet of linoleum is used for a relief surface. A design is cut into the linoleum surface with a sharp knife, V-shaped chisel or gouge, with the raised (uncarved) areas representing a reversal (mirror image) of the parts to show printed.
The course will be held in Estonian. Questions and explanations are also possible in English.

The courses are suitable for anyone interested in graphic art who is at least 14 years of age.
The participation fee can be paid in advance with an invoice, or in cash or by bank card at the Kumu ticket counter before the start of the course.
