Two-part sand-painting course.
Sand-painting is a unique painting technique that has been used among many native peoples throughout history to create works of art. Sand-painting is an essential part of Native American cultures, where paintings made with coloured sand are used to praise mother nature and tell its stories. These beautiful artworks are made by combining different colours of sand and gradually building the image. Participants will learn the basic elements of sand-painting, gain experience in colouring sand and put their own ideas and designs into practice.
