Dates, times and languages to be agreed upon
Up to 35 people can be accommodated in one tour group – if there are more people, please book two guides.
We recommend you confirm the booking at least one working day in advance.
Bookings can be cancelled one working day in advance at the latest. To cancel a booking, make sure to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
NB! For logistical purposes, we ask that you notify us about any groups visiting Kumu independently. Do so by e-mail at least three working days in advance.
We direct your attention to the fact that only qualified Kumu guides have the right to lead tours at Kumu!
Guides that have been certified by Kumu
The museum is closed on Mondays for maintenance.
During closed days, it is possible to special order tours for groups of more than 20 people. The ticket price is then doubled (20 € per person, sponsor ticket 24 € per person) and discounts do not apply to museum tickets.
Payment can be made in cash or by bank card to the Kumu Art Museum cashier during opening hours.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please send a letter of guarantee, based on which the Art Museum of Estonia will issue an invoice, and payment can be made by bank transfer.
It is also possible to pay by bank transfer based on a pre-payment invoice, which must be paid at least 48 hours before the event takes place. The museum will send an invoice in the PDF file format. In order to prepare an invoice, the following is required: for an institution, the name of the institution, registry code and address; for a private individual, name, personal ID code and address. NB! The Art Museum of Estonia does not refund pre-payments.
Contractual clients can pay for tours with letters of guarantee.
A letter of guarantee must be presented at least five working days before the tour or programme occurs. We recommend you send it by e-mail to: email@example.com.
We ask that the letter of guarantee be sent on the purchaser’s letterhead and addressed to SA Eesti Kunstimuuseum, Weizenbergi 34 / Valge 1, 10127 Tallinn.
Please include the following in the letter of guarantee: the information on the purchaser/contact person; the name, date and duration of the tour or educational programme being ordered; the number of participants; the invoicing information (name of the institution, registry code and address; in the case of private individuals, name, personal ID code and address), and contact telephone. Be sure to add the sentence: “We hereby confirm that we will pay for the (tour, course etc.) based on the invoice submitted by SA Eesti Kunstimuuseum”.
If you are ordering a tour, please add the following statement: “if the tour does not take place due to the fault of the purchaser (the purchaser has not cancelled the tour on time), the purchaser will undertake to pay a contractual penalty to SA Eesti Kunstimuuseum, which equals the amount of the fee for the booked tour.
